Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi

The stay was overall good, Staff was quite having personalized attention for all the requests. Location was on the main raid, hence having good accessibility. Room was clean and had good food options.

Very minimal amenities in the property, Pricing was too high as compared to other similar Hotels and dates. Room had no Balcony. Property had no garden or play area. Food had many varieties, but over the period it look to be repetitive.

It was a clean and comfortable stay. The staff was very well trained and courteous

The hotel is very rough around the edges and doesn't give you a premium feel. The tables in the room are metal, the glass on the tabletop swivels, the towels are worn out and the showerheads are rusted. Nothing alarming or horrible but not premium.

Location was outside the city but good.

Storage space was very limited. Just one wardrobe without any selves.Lunch buffet was OK,could be better.

Front office staff need to be little more pleasant.Other staff especially the cooks waiters etc are pleasing personalities

It had all the amenities and facilities of Hilton, excellent room and infra structure. But something was amiss and environment was not of Hilton, very local 3* feel.

Food quality is not upto the standard, tasteless but edible. Other than the Chinese restaurant, chefs need to get trained. Towels are not Hilton standard but non absorbent synthetic type. Bad smell in rooms and corridors. Understaffed feel, response time very slow, Except front desk, non English speaking staff. Restaurant managers are not aptly dressed. Cutting corners, aircon temperature is raised around 3:00 AM and it becomes stuffy and humid at night, on complaints promises are made but nothing is done until 5:00 AM next morning.

It was a horrible experience booking with booking.com. When we went to the Hotel at 2.00 pm on 17/6/2024, we were informed that they had not received any booking from booking.com and could not accommodate us as per the booking confirmation mail from booking.com.The Hotel administration offered us rooms at Rs 7000/- per room including breakfast. This was almost three times the rate (Rs 5400 + taxes with breakfast and dinner) booked with booking.com. Hence we refused to accept the accommodation in this Hotel at such a high price.We tried to contact booking.com, but no customer care number is available on its website. As we had travelled from Thane, we had to book another hotel. We regretted booking done through booking.com.

Mail from [email protected] dated 15 Jun 2024, 11:11 informed me that "Thanks Prakash! Your booking in Pune is confirmed. Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi is expecting you on 17 June. Your payment will be handled by Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi."But, when we arrived at the Hotel on 17/6/2024 at 2.00 pm, the Hotel administration informed me that they had not received any communication from booking.com.Hence we felt that booking.com should not cheat us like this.

Variety of restaurants, rooftop & great breakfast

Food was authentic and tasty

Infrastructure and facilities were not adequate. I was locked out of my own room 7 consecutive days out of 9 days total. Because their key card was not working.They were charging me 5 thousand extra but I had to tell them that their amount was wrong at the time of checkout.

Everything one can expect from the Hilton - helpful and courteous staff, great food and drink options, overall super positive experience!

The service was quick. Good staff and clean property. Property is well maintained as per the Hilton standards

The room size could have been better. The rooms were very compact. Also, please include netflix n other ott platforms to the TV. Upgrade to smart TVs. Rest well managed however i still feel it needs to get better since it's hilton brand.

The location was good and the breakfast was nice. The service from the staff was excellent especially from Bhushan who went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The only thing was that we found our rooms far from each other even though we had asked for 2 connecting rooms. Also, we could not use the pool as it was in the middle of the venue. It's disappointing that it was not private and open for the residents to use whenever they needed.

I loved it, it was is very clean and had good help from de security guy Tukaram. Nice roof top. Only one - the beds were saggy.

View is not good! There were no currents for a long time and also the room was smelling Asif it was open end for a long long time. Overall not so good experience but the staff was good

Checked into a room which was dirty, duty manager has no common sense or decency on how to behave with guests and maintain discretion...ac switched off in late nite meant woke up sweating and had a bad sleep
